Erin and I like to check out new restaurants that are recommended to us and Stockman's is the newest. Stockman's is in a small town not too far away from Kearney and offers a nice size Prime Rib on Friday nights. What we also found out about Stockman's is they do not accept credit or debt cards. This caused a slight problem because I did not have any cash on me and I didn't think anyone took checks anymore:) But what does a small town in the middle of Nebraska do? They tell you to send it to them! Not only do we send it to them but the address is simply Stockman's Bar and Grill, Amherst Ne and the waitress said it will get to the right place. I have to admit, Nebraska has some of the greatest people in the world.

Glad to hear that you guys liked Stockman's. That's where are wedding rehearsal dinner is! Gotta love their prime rib. Hope you both are doing well!

We are thankful for how trusting they were as well...I could just see us washing in dishes in the back for the rest of the night! And yes, they did have an excellent prime rib. Tammy, you are really treating your friends and family!
